About Grynas

A small Vilnius practice for foreign owned companies. Deliberately small. A handful of clients run properly is the whole business model, not a stage on the way to a call centre.

Working languages: English, German, Polish, Russian. Lithuanian goes without saying.

Twenty five years in finance. London design practices, SaaS companies through a sale and a US expansion, healthcare groups. EY trained, computer science degree underneath. I built the automation Grynas runs on myself, and I have handled the projects where even the largest advisers had no clear answer.

How the practice works: small on purpose. You deal directly with the people who do the work, never with an account layer. A senior accountant signs your filings and answers the tax office. Processes are documented at every monthly close, a named backup accountant is written into every contract, and the work is insured. The team may grow. The structure of those promises does not.

What Grynas does not do. Company formation as a product. Audit. Aggressive tax schemes. Payroll and operational finance only by separate agreement. When your question is outside that line we say so and point you to the right person, including our partner customs lawyer for disputes.
